We are not like other schools as we like to do things differently and we are not afraid of a challenge and embracing the ever evolving and developing world of martial arts.

We are about helping you reach your goals of self improvement and setting achievable challenges and then some more. We are about getting you in the best shape of your life both mentally and physically. Starting you off on a martial arts journey, discovering the traditional and modern aspects combined with the personal development and environmental parts of our centre.

We guarantee to find you the ‘right’ course, class or programme, in the small chance that we aren't able, we won’t waste your time or money and in some cases we would recommend you to another maybe more suitable school. Our ethos is about creating the right culture and environment, which in turn means the majority of our students know they 'found' the right place, usually minutes after they've arrived.

SCHOOL RE-OPEN!

VISITOR'S NIGHT

If you want to take a look around and maybe see a class in action. We are open to visitor's on a Wednesday night between 5.30 and 7.30pm. You don't need to call or book and there's no hard sell, we just want you to come and see what we do. Then you can decide if it's for you or not - simple as that!
