Originally founded by Mrs Kingsley in 2003, The TAO Academy was devised to offer people something new and different, with a holistic approach and content.

With the team of dedicated Instructors and Black Belts we hope that you enjoy your time with us and that the arts help you, whether it be in a small way on a short course or in a big way for life, then the centre will have done it’s work in helping spread the benefits and rewards that martial arts study gives you.
